Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, and Refund & Returns Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Nature of the service

• We provide doctor-led telehealth consultations for weight management and related primary care topics within our listed services.
• Consultations are conducted by video (Google Meet or Zoom) from your location in Malaysia.
• The doctor may advise in-person examination, hospital referral, or emergency care if telehealth is not appropriate.
• Prescriptions and referrals are issued only when clinically appropriate.

Eligibility & account

• You must be 18 or older, or have guardian consent where applicable.
• You must provide accurate registration and health information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per patient unless authorised by the clinic.

Booking & payment

• Fees are displayed before you confirm a booking.
• Payment is by bank transfer. Your slot is confirmed only after manual verification during clinic hours.
• Upload a clear payment receipt in your dashboard. Incomplete or incorrect transfers may delay confirmation.
• Medication, lab tests, and courier fees are quoted separately when applicable.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
• Missed appointments without notice may forfeit the consultation fee.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, impersonate others, or submit false health information.
• Do not record consultations without consent where prohibited by law.
• Abusive behaviour toward staff or doctors may result in account termination.

Limitation of liability

Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care. We are not liable for outcomes where you ignore medical advice, fail to attend follow-up, or delay emergency care.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consultation in dispute.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and clinical templates are owned by Health Engine / Klinik Meditech. You may not copy or redistribute materials without permission.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
