Our platform
Health Engine Telehealth connects you with Dr Mohd Izzat Amir for medical weight management from home. We are not a marketplace of anonymous providers — we are a focused clinic platform with clear fees, clinical questionnaires, and a 21-day programme designed for patients in Malaysia.
Operated in association with Klinik Meditech, Kuala Lumpur, we serve patients nationwide via Google Meet or Zoom. Medication, when prescribed, is delivered by courier with stated fees (RM0 in Klang Valley, RM50 outside KV).
Not for emergencies
If you have a medical emergency — chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, or loss of consciousness — call 999 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not book a video consult.

Health Engine is a private telehealth clinic. Consult fees (RM40 initial · RM20 follow-up), medication, and delivery charges are payable by you — not subsidised as public hospital care.

Our team verifies your payment, usually within clinic hours. You receive an invoice PDF and your video link.
