Does insurance cover telehealth?

Most private medical insurance plans in Malaysia do not cover online GP or weight management consultations. Fees are listed before you book and you pay directly.

How does private billing work?

Pay the consultation fee by bank transfer, upload your receipt, and receive an invoice PDF once verified. Medication, lab tests, and hospital referrals are billed separately if needed.

Can my GP prescribe the same medication as a hospital?

Some medications need specialist or hospital follow-up. Your doctor will tell you if a GP prescription is appropriate or if you need to attend a hospital.

When will my prescription be posted?

Prescriptions are processed within 24 hours of a completed consultation. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days within Malaysia.

What are delivery charges?

Delivery within Malaysia is RM50 per shipment. Orders in the Klang Valley qualify for free postage. Outside the Klang Valley, RM50 delivery applies.

Do you serve patients outside Malaysia?

Our service is for patients in Malaysia. Video consultations require a Malaysian contact number and a local delivery address for prescriptions.

What are your clinic hours?

We are open Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 9pm (Malaysia time). Payment checks and replies to messages happen during those hours.
