Emergency care
Telehealth is not suitable for emergencies. Call 999 or visit the nearest hospital A&E if you need urgent care. Do not wait for a video appointment.
By registering and ticking the telehealth consent box, you confirm that you understand and agree to receive medical care via video consultation where appropriate.
Consultations are confidential subject to legal exceptions (e.g. mandatory reporting, court orders). Choose a private location for your video call. We use secure systems but cannot guarantee your local network is uncompromised — use trusted Wi‑Fi where possible.
You may withdraw consent for future telehealth services at any time by contacting the clinic. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of care already provided. Some records must still be retained for clinical and legal reasons.
You may seek in-person care at Klinik Meditech or another registered clinic instead of telehealth. The doctor will advise if your case is better suited to face-to-face consultation.
